These charming chocolate bat truffles are as delicious as they are adorable!
Ingredients
Method
- Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature.
- Crush 36 oreos into fine crumbs with food processor or rolling pin and gallon size zip lock bag.

- Combine crushed oreos with cream cheese. Roll mixture into heaping tablespoon sized balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for thirty minutes to harden.

- Chop each of 24 oreos in half with a sharp knife to form wings.

- Melt semi sweet chocolate chips and crisco at 50 percent power in thirty second intervals in the microwave stirring at each interval.

- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate. Quickly insert wings and add eye decorations before chocolate begins to harden. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
