Method
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe container in thirty second intervals at 50% power stirring at each interval.
- Add 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate to each half sphere in the mold. Use silicone brush to coat each half sphere in the mold with a thin layer of melted chocolate. (Keep in mind you'll need twelve half spheres to create six cocoa bombs.) Let rest at room temperature for chocolate to harden about 15 minutes.

- Rewarm remaining chocolate. Add another thin layer of chocolate inside each half sphere taking care to fill any holes or thin spots and make sure you are up to the top all the way round each half sphere. Refrigerate until hardened, about fifteen minutes.

- Remove the half spheres from the mold. Lay out six on a parchment lined cookie sheet, these will be the bottoms. Fill each bottom with the contents of one hot cocoa packet, mini marshmallows, and a few star sprinkles.

- Microwave a plate for one minute to get it hot. Touch each remaining half sphere (edge down) to the plate for a few seconds to get the edge hot and melty before placing one over each bottom. This will allow the two halves to fuse.

- Drizzle a little of the melted chocolate over each cocoa bomb before adding star sprinkles and metallic decorating sugar to the top for decoration. Food tweezers may be helpful in placing the stars. After the chocolate is fully hardened, place each bomb in a cupcake liner for presentation.

- To serve, place a bomb at the bottom of a mug. Pour hot water over the bomb and stir. Add an optional splash of milk to cool it off a bit and make it creamier. The star sprinkles melt pretty fast so you may want to reserve a few stars to sprinkle on top of each prepared cocoa. Enjoy!
