- Bake brownies per package directions. Cool completely.
- Frost brownies.
- Create costumes using decorator icing tubes. I did skeleton, pumpkin, ghost, and Frankenstein but there are so many costumes you could also do! When combining two colors of icing let the first color dry a bit before adding the next color. I used an edible black marker after frosting dried for the faces and Frankenstein's scar. I used silver jimmies for Frankenstein's bolts and attached with a tiny bit of green icing.
- Add completed bears to brownies along with star sprinkles or your favorite Halloween sprinkles. Enjoy!
