This is a great dessert for summer, the season when strawberries and blueberries are plentiful and bursting with flavor! These colorful dessert cups combine tons of flavors and textures and are as tasty as they are beautiful!

Berries ‘n Bits Dessert Cups

This is a great dessert for summer, the season when strawberries and blueberries are plentiful and bursting with flavor! These colorful dessert cups combine tons of flavors and textures and are as tasty as they are beautiful!
Servings: 10 dessert cups
Course: Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • cups cold water
  • 5 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 pint whipping cream- whipped
  • 11 oz box mini vanilla wafers
  • 2 lbs strawberries cleaned and sliced (except reserve 10 strawberries whole for garnish)
  • 1 pint blueberries cleaned and dried
  • 1 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 dessert cups (about one cup capacity each)

Method
 

  1. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add dry pudding mix. Beat well with an electric mixer. Chill for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. In individual dessert cups, layer mini vanilla wafers, pudding mixture, strawberries, blueberries, mini chocolate chips. Repeat. End with a dallop of the pudding mixture and a whole strawberry and mini nilla wafer for garnish, Enjoy!
