Peachy Keen Mini Cobblers
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Add 1 Tbsp melted butter to each ramekin.
- Mix drained peaches with 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
- Mix dry cobbler ingredients in a bowl: flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the wet cobbler ingredients: milk and vanilla. Blend.
- Divide the peach mixture into the four ramekins. Top each with the cobbler mixture.
- Place the ramekins on a cookie sheet in case of bubbling over. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool for about 5 minutes.
- Top each mini cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve. Enjoy!
