Avocado and Tofu Salad

This delicious salad is topped with a drizzle of sweet maple balsamic dressing and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds for an unexpected touch. It's quick to throw together and is a healthy plant based snack or side full of calcium, potassium, and healthy fats!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium size ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 5 oz silken tofu firm, cubed
  • maple balsamic dressing
  • toasted sesame seed (spice aisle)

Method
 

  1. Combine cubed avocado and cubed tofu.
  2. Drizzle with maple balsamic dressing to taste.
  3. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
