Pet Ghost Pudding Treats

These pet ghost pudding treats are simple to assemble and sure to delight the little pumpkins in your life!
Servings: 6 treats
Course: Dessert

Ingredients

  • 6 mini graham ready pie crusts in tins
  • 3.9 oz jello chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk per pudding package directions
  • 1 Tbsp fall leaf sprinkles
  • 6 peeps ghosts
  • 6 pumpkin candies
  • 6 clear plastic cups (16 oz size)
  • 6 white labels
  • orange and black markers or paint markers

Method

  1. Prepare pudding per package directions. Refrigerate five minutes to fully set.
  2. While chilling pudding, create labels by using the markers and add labels to the cups. I used a paint marker for the orange writing to add a little opacity and dimension.
  3. Lay out crusts, keep in tins. Scoop pudding into each crust.
  4. Add ghost, leaf sprinkles, and one candy pumpkin on top of pudding. You have to push the ghosts in a bit so they won't tip over.
  5. Top with the labeled cups. The 16 oz cups I got set easily just over top of the crust tin. They don't click on or anything, they just sit there. When you get cups be sure to compare the diameter of the cups to the diameter of the crust tin to make sure they are similar. You also want the cup to be tall enough to not block the ghost with the label. Enjoy!
