Method
- Melt chocolate and shortening in a microwave safe dish on 80% power in thirty second intervals stirring at each interval.
- Dip each cone into the melted chocolate. Add star sprinkles quickly before the chocolate begins to harden.
- Refrigerate to help chocolate harden. A mini muffin tin is helpful to keep the cones upright as they set up.
- Set aside and scoop ice cream when you're ready to serve!
