Method
- Melt chocolate and crisco shortening in a microwave safe dish by microwaving on 80% power in 30 second intervals stirring at each interval until melted.
- Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate mixture and set in a muffin liner or on parchment paper.
- Quickly add sprinkles as you go before chocolate begins to harden.
- Refrigerate to help chocolate harden.
Notes
Dry the berries thoroughly after rinsing to make sure chocolate will adhere.
