Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip
This refreshing protein packed dip is great as a party dip, by the pool, or to keep on hand for every day snacking! It is creamy with a tangy flavor that goes great with pita chips or hearty wheat crackers to dip!

plain traditional greek yogurt

shredded well drained cucumber

lemon juice

extra virgin olive oil

minced garlic

salt
black pepper to taste
Method
Shred the cucumber. Drain very thoroughly by pressing with a paper towel into the colander.
Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Chill for one hour before serving to allow flavors to marry.
Serve chilled. Enjoy!
