Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip

This refreshing protein packed dip is great as a party dip, by the pool, or to keep on hand for every day snacking! It is creamy with a tangy flavor that goes great with pita chips or hearty wheat crackers to dip!

Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz plain traditional greek yogurt
  • cups shredded well drained cucumber
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Shred the cucumber. Drain very thoroughly by pressing with a paper towel into the colander.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Chill for one hour before serving to allow flavors to marry.
  4. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
